I became a coach to help people, and am constantly rewarded, for changing from being a nurse to building people's strength in the gym, when I see the moment it clicks for them and they given control of their progress.

I build and take clients through programs that develop strong, powerful movement patterns designed around their needs. I help them avoid and recover from injuries and prepare nutrition and mindset plans to make them the best athletes they can be.

My mission is to build athletes who take what they want and need from the sport and life they love.
